NUTRITION coaching

I am certified as a Nutrition Coach by Precision Nutrition, and use my knowledge and experience to support my clients to make small, sustainable changes, and build lasting habits designed to improve their health and fitness.

Rather than focusing on nutrition hacks or crash diets, I work alongside my clients to navigate the often tricky business of improving eating habits. Always approaching nutrition sessions in a patient and non-judgemental way, I aim to provide ideas on where to start making changes, along with support via regular check-ins, and provision of some simple tools to measure whether the changes we have agreed are actually working.
