Welcome to my website – Stuff We Love Training. My name is Henry, and I have been a Personal Trainer for 12 years. Based in Brighton, I specialise in strength, mobility and fitness training, as well as Nutrition Coaching. I am passionate about exercise and the many benefits we can all enjoy by taking better care of our bodies. I love to work with people from all backgrounds and experience levels, and aim to support people in building a positive relationship with exercise and nutrition, whilst creating a better understanding of how small consistent habits can help to improve health and enhance quality of life.

Whether you have a specific goal, want to learn new skills around exercise, or just want to get moving and see what your body can do, I will apply a unique twist to your training, with engaging and fun sessions to help you move forward on your fitness journey, whatever your starting point.
