I have teamed up with a number of awesome gyms to offer classes in Functional fitness, Calisthenics, Bodyweight Conditioning and Movement. These classes are a great opportunity to learn some new skills, build functional strength or add to your existing practice.

FITNESSHUB: - WED - 7.30pm - 8.30pm: £10.00

This class is focused toward classic calisthenics training focusing on form, strength training and progressions towards moves such as the muscle-up, lever and flag. Suitable for all levels - Discounts are offered for block bookings.


Sat - 8.15am - 9.15am & Mon - 7.15 - 8.15pm

This class is focused toward all things calisthenics and is a great way to learn some awesome new skills like handstand or skin the cat as well as increase your functional strength - E4L members receive this class as part of your membership so come and have a go!   


MON - 1.30 - 2.15pm & THURS 12.00 - 1.00PM

This class is held on Sussex Universities new outdoor fitness area. The is a bodyweight conditioning and movement class focused on improving the functionality of your body, core strength and calisthenics skills. We've also been know to practice the odd handstand. Suitable for all levels, come and give it a try!
