This class is focused toward all things Functional Fitness and is a great way to increase your fitness, learn some awesome new skills and improve your functional strength - E4L members receive this class as part of your membership so come and have a go!

This class is focused on building strength! It uses a variety of the big lifts such as Deadlift, Back Squat and Bench Press with a focus on understanding good technique and progressive programming to help everyone improve their strength. This class is suitable for all levels!
