Based out of Brighton, STUFFWELOVE is my Personal Training service specialising in strength, mobility and fitness training as well as nutrition coaching .
My hope is to create engaging, fun and stimulating sessions that enhance your body's functionality and strength.
Whether you have a specific health goal, want to learn skills such as the muscle-up or handstand, or just want to get moving and see what you can do, I will apply a unique and fun twist to your training programme whilst guiding you towards unlocking your full physical potential.
EXERCISE:
using unique calisthenics, movement and functional training programmes to improve your overall strength and body control, and ultimately maximise your physical capabilities.
NUTRITION:
developing balanced and nutritious eating patterns to complement your exercise regime, enhance your long-term health, and help you reach your physical goals.
WELLBEING:
increasing your enjoyment of exercise, raising your confidence by reaching your goals, and introducing some simple mindfulness and visualisation to aid your everyday life.
